Subject: Wing Encampment Cadet Staff

We all know that the encampment is July5-10. I am encouraging any cadets that have previously attended Encampment to return as Cadet Staff. I feel the Encampment has lacked a lot of deserved Leadership over the past several years. I myself will be applying for the Encampment C/CC. I plan to bring about 5 additional Cadet Officers from My squadron. We need to bring the Cadet Program in this wing up to the level it needs to be at. It all starts at Encampment because that is the first activity that most cadets experience at the Wing level.

If you are interested in returning as staff you need to fill out a CAPF31, attach 100.00 for the fees, and get a letter of recommendation from your Squadron Commander listing all leadership positions you have held while in CAP. I look forward to meeting some of you there.

The applications need to be turned in by the 15 of May. Not too far away so get on top of it and make it happen!
