The answer to your question, yes. If your Squadron Has the funds for this Cadet. I don't see why your Sqd. can't help him out.
I know that in my Sqd. when ever any cadets who are financially tight we help them. We call it Financial Aiding. But first the cadet needs to prove that he or she is dedicated to this program and won't quit. After having a fun time in Ft. Campbell or where ever it is being held.
We also keep a roll through out the year so that we know who has been to the most meetings. So that when NCSA's or Encampments come around. We will give them one activity free for being dedicated. And being on top of things and shows great leadership skills and all around they're a great cadet.
